Is it really possible to be frugal and live a happy life? If you were living frugally, then it probably seem that you would be sacrificing a lot of happiness.  Usually frugality and happiness don’t seem to go together in our society. For most of us, being frugal just doesn’t bring up any mental images of living a fulfilling life much less being happy.  We probably think that frugal living would be more like a miser who lives in poverty.
